Your answers to our investor-profile questionnaire will help us to understand your investment goals and objectives, tax exposure, return expectations and tolerance for risk. Complete the risk-profile questionnaire and send it to us
To help us and you better understand how your personality interacts with risk exposure, we ask you to complete an on-line risk-profile questionnaire. As soon as you submit your answers, you will get back the results automatically. When we meet with you to discuss our proposal, we will discuss your risk profile with you further.

Our proposal ensures that we understand you and your objectives. Our proposal ensures that you understand how we will manage your portfolio.
Once we receive the checklist, your investor profile and risk profile, we will prepare and present to you a formal proposal for Omega to manage your investment portfolio. The proposal lays out our understanding of your:

Our proposal will specify by percentage and by dollar amount the asset allocations we recommend. Our proposal will show you how the allocations we recommend match up against your current allocations. For each allocation, we will recommend a fund manager or managers. We will provide you with a description of each fund’s investment strategy and information on how it has performed historically. We have found that presenting a prospective client with a formal proposal makes the best use of your time and of our time. The proposal expresses how we think best to manage your portfolio and our understanding of how you wish for us to manage your portfolio.
Even so, we do not submit the proposal to you in a take-it-or-leave-it fashion. Our proposal is a discussion document. Chances are, during our discussion of the proposal with you, you will have further thoughts about your goals, objectives and concerns.
We welcome those thoughts. We will modify our plan for managing your portfolio accordingly.
